About Me

Registered Social Worker

I came into this profession in an unusual way. I spent a large portion of my career in a business setting leading departments and project teams. I started my business career as a customer service representative and ended as the leader of continuous improvement for a global manufacturing company. And I learned something important - most problems are solved by empowering, engaging, and appreciating the people involved.


I went on to pursue a second career in mental wellness. I am a registered social worker and psychotherapist and enjoy working together with clients to explore solutions to life's challenges. I draw upon the wisdom of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Applied Mindfulness, and years of working as a professional problem-solver.


I never cease to be amazed by how small conversations can lead to big changes.
