About the event

Join us for an introductory look at mindfulness in the workplace.

This is a 3 session course running from 7-8:30pm on Wednesday evenings: September 13, 20, and 27. Join us for engaging and supportive group zoom sessions.

Agenda includes:

  • The science behind mindfulness
  • Benefits of mindfulness
  • Try different types of mindfulness practices
  • Applying mindfulness in the workplace
  • Resources to take with you to further your practice
