About the event
Learn strategies for dealing with workplace stress and burnout from the comfort of your home or office. This course is taught by a registered social worker and psychotherapist with over 20 years experience as a senior business leader.
This is a 3-session course running from 7-8:30pm on Wednesday evenings: June 14, 21, and 28. Join us for engaging and supportive group zoom sessions.
